Society Wynwood is a condominium in the iconic neighborhood of the same name in Miami, and it's at the forefront of the social apartment community ecosystem, where residents can work and play in a truly walkable community.

The purpose of this visit is to conduct a thorough inspection of the mechanical rooms housing the plumbing equipment, water pumping systems and their electronic controls, HVAC systems and their electronic controls. This visit will provide an opportunity to witness the cutting-edge mechanical and pumping engineering solutions implemented in Society Wynwood, one of the newest residential buildings in Miami's thriving Wynwood neighborhood.

The tour will be led by JC Gayoso, President of PSI Engineered Solutions, and will include transportation from the DoubleTree @ MACC hotel with light refreshments provided courtesy of the sponsor.
